You can become stress free by taking time for yourself
Taking some time out of your day to relax and unwind can help you tremendously.
I know we are living in a stressful time right now with the Coronavirus pandemic. Sheltering in place, not working and/or wearing a mask whereever you go maybe taking its toll on you. This is even more reason to take some time for yourself. Doing things for everyone else can wear you down. If you become ill than you are no good to anyone.
You can schedule some 'ME' time for yourself. Just like you plan dinner, or activities for others. You can block out one hour, thirty-minutes or even fifteen minutes for yourself each day. This will be your time to relax, recharge your batteries. Read a book. Watch a favorite television program or have spa time. Do whatever you enjoy that will relax you.
You may have to get tough with the people around you by stressing to them you are not to be bothered during the time you have set aside for yourself. This also means you cannot do anything for other people during your special time. Schedule some 'ME' time on the calendar below by clicking the plus sign.
Taking time for yourself will allow you to think more clearly. You may be able to reorganize the activities and things going on around you, so your life can be less stressed or stressfree. This may involve working with friends and family, to make things easier for everyone. It can be done. And in time everyone will get used to it.
You must carve some time out for yourself, and make it a daily habit. You will feel better and those around you will appreciate it in the long run.
