Going Down The Stairs

Do you have trouble going up and down the stairs? Do you need assistance going down the stairs as I do? I believe this comes from anxiety, what happens to me is I see the stairs as being a daunting task that I cannot overcome and as soon as I see stairs I automatically gravitate to the railing.  The other thing I will do is  stop someone I'm with and say can you help down the stairs, without trying to do it myself because it's convenient it's easy it's my comfort zone. I know that I've had problems in the past going up and down so I don't try and that's not good. I want to break the cycle of my anxiety so I made-up a recording that I have put into practice and I've been doing this for several months now it's taken me years to get to this point but I hope the recording helps you because if you're like me you can't go down the stairs without assistance even if it's maybe three or four stairs, a small amount of stairs. You look at that like this is something I can't do and it's easier to go to a railing if it's available. But sometimes there  is no railing. So you ask somebody 'can you help me  go down the stairs'? And if there's no help around you panic, I mean you really do. I've been in a situation where I've really panicked and I've sat down on the stair and scooted down on my b*** to get down the stairs. It is my my sincere hope that this audio file  helps you.  This recording is  intented for ambulatory people. If you're  in a wheelchair or if you  have a  serious medical condition that does not allow you to go up or downstairs then I don't want you to practice what I'm saying in this recording.  I don't want you to hurt yourself.

I do hope this audio file helps those individuals that have a problem going downstairs. Don't be afraid to try this. We stop ourselves from doing things. We stop oursleves from being the great people we know we can be. We talk ourslves out of it, give excuses like... my husband, my kids, I'm too busy, I am a caregiver. There's always an excuse as to why we can't do something.  I know. I am one of those people.  Don't stop yourself now. Go for it.You can do this... Conquer your inner feelings. Tell yourself you can do it. The recording is only $10. What have you bought that was $10 and you found out that it was not what you thought, and you wasted your money? That is not the case here. You know why? Because I am the person you are reading about, this is my own experience. I am going through it, sharing my truth to help you. I am taking you through the same steps I take myself through everyday, and I am improving. I am getting better and there is a change in me, confidence, and I want more of it. And you will too. Everyday you will get better. You will find that this wonderful feeling you have will spill over to other areas of your life. Take that first step. Buy the recording. I know it is scary, but what good thing isn't? You are taking that first step to help yourself. You will be SO GLAD you did. Don't put it off.

Don't say I will get it later. Get it now. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose. Don't let your doubt talk you out of it.
